The practice phone system offers you options so that your call is directed to the most suitable person from the outset. The options are:
Option 1 – For Emergencies Only – i.e. Chest pains; Sudden Collapse; Uncontrolled Fits; Excessive Bleeding or Poisoning
Option 2 – For everything else. This is followed by the following options:
Option 1 - Reception - Followed by
Option 1 - Appointments
Option 2 - Test Results (Between 2pm and 6.15pm)
Option 3 - For all other enquires
Option 2 - Admin Office
Option 3 - Health Visitors
Option 4 - District Nurses
Option 3 – To cancel an appointment without re-booking (automated line)
Calls are charged at the rate of 5p per minute (Incl vat) from BT linelines 24 hours a day. Charges from mobiles are generally higher and vary from each service provider.
