SystmOnline - Remote Appointment Booking and Prescription Requesting

SystmOnline_LogoYou can book appointments and order repeat prescriptions via the web. You can also view, change or cancel your forthcoming appointments.

You will need to register to use this service.  Please speak to reception and we’ll set you up with an account.

The service is run by TPP SystmOne , the company that provides our practice software.

The system has been accredited by NHS Connecting for Health as secure.

Once you have your username and password, click here to log in.

At the moment we are using a triage system for those patients wishing to book an appointment on a Monday to see a GP.

If you wish to see a doctor, brief details will be taken (if you are willing) and passed to the On Call GP, who will call you back and discuss your case.  If it is possible to give you self-treatment advice or agree that it is better that you see someone later on that day or on a different day, he will make the appointment.

Change to Opening Hours

For the foreseeable future, Whitefields will close to patients at PM on Mondays and Fridays.  The Duty doctor will be available but based at Delapre.

Virtual Patient Reference Group

The practice is setting up a virtual Patient Reference Group to run alongside our Patient Participation Group - Please see the Reference Group page below for more details on how to join.
